What the desktop app accesses

With the account owner’s permission, the app uses the read-only Gmail API to retrieve message identifiers, headers, labels, timestamps and selected message bodies. It scans bounded batches and filters routine noise. Useful information may include personal medical and financial correspondence. Email attachments are not downloaded.

How information is used

Local models extract source-supported updates, decisions, preferences and follow-ups. User-supplied audio can be transcribed locally, and local discussion checkpoints and text exports can be imported. The app does not sell data, use it for advertising or train models on it.

Local processing and storage

Gmail bodies are processed in local memory. Source identifiers, scan progress, supporting excerpts and generated notes are stored on the user’s computer. Audio originals and transcripts remain locally until removed by the user. Successful discussion checkpoints are removed after capture.

Personal source content is not sent to cloud language models. Gmail retrieval and authorization communicate with Google. Authorization tokens use Windows account-specific DPAPI encryption. Notes, recordings and transcripts are ordinary local files and are not separately encrypted by the application. The owner controls device security and any independently configured backup or sync services.

Google API data

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. No external task synchronization or source-content sharing is currently enabled.

Control and deletion

The owner can disable ingestion and revoke authorization through Google Account connections. The local source-removal command removes generated facts and saves a suppression identifier to prevent reimport while preserving independent user notes. Original provider copies, audio files, transcripts and separately configured backups must be managed separately.

This information website

This site presents public app information only. It has no inbox connection, recording upload, account sign-up or vault viewer. Hosting providers may process normal web-request information to deliver the site. Those requests do not contain desktop vault contents.
